Directv app wont let me download

I am having this issue with the Directv login on the ESPN app through the Amazon FireStick. It will say it is logged in to Directv, but does not bring up the login window to enter the email/password. It will let me stream ESPN programs; but not anything in the secn+ or acc network, it only streams espn+.
